Industrial  Grey Floor paint

Vermillian Industrial Grey Floor paint is a heavy duty floor paint that ensures lonevity and durability. Vermillian  Industrial  Grey Floor paint is an exceptionally tough enamel which imparts a luxurious semi-matt finish to all interior and exterior pavings. Used as a Highly durable floorpaint that manages extreame weight and trafic. Vermillian  Industrial  Grey Floor paint is used on exterior and interior paving surfaces that needs protection and should last due to the fact that trafic cause pealing and detereration. Used in the Industrial market, this tough, durable semi matt coating is ideal for industrial factories, warehouses and showrooms.

Aplication of this product to the paving are verry economical and cost effective when product are applied on with a painters broom or Sheepskin roller to provide a long lasting matt finish. As enamel, water and oil wont be able to penetrate trough porius surface leading to pealing in the long run.

Vermillian oxide primer is used as a primer prior to application of Vermillian  Industrial  Grey Floor paint on unpainted surfaces. For a smooth finish that stop water penetration and durability.
The substrate should be washed thoroughly with ACC4007, wirebrush and sanding paper. Ensure that all soap are thoroughly rinsed off as this may lead to pealing in future. This product is an environmental friendly pre treatment that removes harmful substances that causes peeling.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

PRODUCT APPLICATION

• All surfaces must be clean, firm and dry before painting.
• All surfaces must be cleaned with ACC4007.

Ensure that substrate are thorouhly rinsed free of soap.
• Before use, the paint should be stirred thoroughly.
• Apply Industrial Epoxy Grey Floor paint 20 % diluted with Recycled Thinners evenly by painters broom or Sheepskin roller to unpainted surface.

Leave 12 houres drying time before first coat of Industrial Epoxy Grey Floor paint is applied.

If floor has been painted before, ensure that base paint is a thinners base if not, apply  Industrial Epoxy Grey Floor paint to waterbased paint undiluted.

• Apply first coat undiluted mixed 250ml hardner to 5LIndustrial Epoxy Grey Floor paint.
• Apply two or more coats to achieve complete obliteration.
• Allow 12 hours drying time between each coat.
• Do not mix more paint that is needed, as the paint will be hard and waisted the next day, mix only quantity that is required per coat.
• After use, clean equipment with Recycled Thinners or Lacquer Thinners.
