VERUST is chemically programmed to penetrate metal flakes, chemically bonding with emulsion and solvent based paints.
It is also programmed to seal off the substrate from oxygen by splitting the water molecule in a moisture affected area.

VERUST is the only anti corrosive primer that contains no acid, therefore preventing the usual oxidation process that weakens the metal when using acid based primers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

VERUST, as mentioned is Nano Technology.

During the manufacturing process of steel, flakes form due to the rolling process.
VERUST penetrates the metal through the pores creating a superior binding process making even old corroded metal more flexible.

What makes VERUST different from other primers is how it reacts to unfriendly environments like wet, dusty or poorly treated surfaces.

VERUST is thinner than water, so thin that even rusted re-enforced steel in a concrete structure can be treated through a crack on the structure.

As a matter of fact any old corroded steel will become more flexible while using VERUST.

VERUST is the only primer in the world market that cote surfaces of 5 micron.

The product can be painted by brush, low pressure spray or normal dipping proses.

Due to the penetrating water molecule splitting character of Verust, key forming is natural procedure for this product, this prevents peeling, as key forming is standard when paint is applied. Due to the unique penetrating characteristics of Verust.
Verust has a unique seal characteristics that cut oxygen and water molecules from substrate.
Verust can be repainted with any Emulsion paint BUT needs to be covered with two coats of Grey Oxide before any Final paint is applied. Only a Water based roof Paint can be applied as a finaf finish.
Verust can be painted with some solvent-based paints.
Verust can be used to bond two substrates that will normally not stick to one another.
Verust bond with rubber.
